i started off this morning feeling a bit grumpy.
even after yoga. (that never happens)
there is something about jason mraz's voice/lyrics that always make me feel better.
and i will be forever grateful to him for his music and his attitude.

finally took the time to cook myself a great meal.
steamed broccoli, quinoa pasta with sauce, and fried tofu. yum!

lots of things to be grateful for today!

tony got me a replacement from my old MM shirt.
except this one is yellow (the old one was red). so happy to have it back!!

i did not have a photo of the three of them together.
so these two will have to do!
