every year i wait for today. day after christmas sales.
and the only thing i ever buy is cards and wrapping supplies.
all this for $37!!!

grateful for the first cupcake i've had in SIX MONTHS!
(well, i had two. and they weren't the first cupcakes i've had. but they were the first REAL cupcakes i've had. regular flour and refined sugar and all. and although i'm paying for it with a sore hip and a breakout, it was DELICIOUS!)

truth be told we haven't had the best relationship in the past.
regardless i love her to pieces.
she has been through so much this year...

this guy by my parents house always do a crazy amount of christmas lights.
there is sooo many and it's pretty and tacky at the same time.
i look forward to seeing it every year!

reusable bags!

seriously, what would i do without them.
i carry four with me at all times in my purse. and a bunch more in my trunk for when i go grocery shopping.

if you don't use reusable bags by now, you should!
(you can get them everywhere!!!)

this book was sooo good.
