i love this show.
i don't know when i started being such a huge fan of sci-fi.
it's funny. but i cannot get enough of this show!

i have currently given up on making GF/SF cupcakes.
i tried this week and it just didn't work out. and i really wanted cupcakes to bring for cory's bday party tomorrow!
the lighter ones are strawberry (and will have strawberry frosting on them) and the darker ones are chocolate (and those will have vanilla buttercream frosting with chocolate chips).

i cut them up after i showered today.
i was starting to feel a little frumpy. this definitely helps. (since i'm trying to grow my hair out!)

made pad thai for dinner. have never made anything like this before and it was SO GOOD!

THE BEST pizza i have ever had. ever.
and it was gluten-free and vegan.

this particular pizza had potatoes, zucchini, daiya moz cheese, and rosemary.
incredible!
